$2,300 was donated back to the community as a result of the 6th annual Clark Elder Slo-Pitch tournament held back in August.

The recipients were the City of Morden, who received $1,800 for diamond upgrades and the new Free Skate Lending program.

The other $500 was put into the Clark Elder Memorial Fund, which is with the Morden Area Foundation. This fund is used to fund children in sports who have been identified by their coaches as requiring some extra training or equipment to enable them to participate in their sport of choice.
