Are you feeling hopeless and restless? Did you share an image of yourself you wish you could have back? These are questions many youth are faced with.

Canada's Child Protection Centre launched an anti cyber bullying tool in September of 2015 called "Need Help Now." The site acts as a tool for supporting youth dealing with the consequences of posting or sharing a sexual image. The site is also used as a tool for police, parents, and teachers to show kids currently on or before they use social media the dangers and what can happen. Technology has woven it's way into every aspect of what kids do these days, even in relationships or how they communicate to each other.

"The site sees on average over 6,000 unique visitors a month, and the most popular areas used in the site are removing pictures from the internet, dealing with their peers, reporting and laws in Canada," says Cyber Tip.ca Director Signey Arnason.

Arnason told reporter Rochelle Rawdon about the positive response the site has received in the last year.
