The Morden Police Service was kept busy this past weekend during the Corn and Apple Festival.

Police Chief Brad Neduzak says they responded to a higher number of calls this year.

However, he says there were no major incidents to report.

Neduzak says they had assistance from a security team of ten along with members of the Winkler Police Service.

Meanwhile, he says their attention is now shifting to the up coming long weekend.

Neduzak says if time permits, they will be setting up a check stop with Winkler.
