A 41 year old Morden man will be heading to court Thursday, after St Pierre-Jolys RCMP shut down a marijuana grow operation yesterday evening.

Just after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in St. Adolphe.
    
Police seized 300 marijuana plants in various stages of growth.
    
Jason Reimer of Morden is charged with Production of a Controlled Substance, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of a Controlled Substance Under the CDSA.

In a statement, the RCMP said "those who produce illicit drugs destroy lives, homes and communities. The RCMP remains fully committed to enforcing laws against illicit drugs to their fullest extent."
