You may remember last week on the Morning Show we talked a little about the 1916 CASE steam tractor that is used every year to help cook nearly 50,000 cobs of corn at Morden Corn and Apple Festival. As you can probably guess, that steamer doesn't just run on its own, and requires and expert with lots of experience to get it started and keep it going.

And who is that expert? Bill Reimer who has been operating the steam tractor for the last 25 years.

Celebrate Summer Host Sydney Hildebrandt also spoke with Bill how the steam engine helps cook nearly 50,000 free cobs of corn given away annually.

Early indications are the 50th anniversary of Morden Corn and Apple Festival broke records, including for the most corn sold/given away.
