It was about two years ago we officially introduced you to Fannystelle, Manitoba resident Janelle Nadeau on Made in Manitoba. The harpist released her debut album, These Roads, and we were amazed away by the beauty music.

Well, Janelle is back and on tour in Southern Manitoba this week with A Prairie Christmas. The harpist joined the Morning Show Thursday, and we asked her about what she has been up to the last two years (HINT – she got married!)?

Harpist Janelle Nadeau, who will be in her hometown of Fannystelle tonight (December 1st) for the first of three Manitoba dates on her Prairie Christmas tour featuring the world renowned Kim Robertson on Celtic Harp/vocals and Joaquin Ayala with a special collection of rare instruments dating back to the 9th century.

More on that in just a bit, but first Janelle spoke about whether she's had time to create more music for a new album considering she has been playing dozens of dates per year.

And as for A Prairie Christmas, Janelle explained the cross country tour originally started out as a solo affair for her, but grew into the ensemble performance it now will be.

You can see Janelle, fellow harpist Kim Robertson and musician Joaquin Ayala tonight (December 1st) At Sacred Heart Church in Fannystelle, Sunday, December 4th in the afternoon at Buhler Hall in Gretna and next Thursday, December 8th in Winnipeg.

All the details you need on each performance you can find Janelle's website.
