After much back and forth, the 11 countries involved in the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations have agreed to move ahead without the United States, although Canadian Prime Minster Justin Trudeau noted much work needed to be done.

On Saturday, the TPP countries agreed on the core elements to move ahead with the deal.
