A section of Highway 32 through Winkler has reopened following a serious collision earlier today, according to a social media post by the Winkler Police Service. Police closed the road, between Cargill Road and Roblin Boulevard, shortly before noon in order for investigators to complete the on-scene investigation.
    
According to Police Chief Ryan Hunt, officers responded to the incident and determined a vehicle travelling on 1st Street (Highway 32) collided with a man riding a bicycle across the street.  
    
The injured bicyclist was transported to Boundary Trails Health Centre with serious injuries.
