A significant hydro outage has knocked out power to a large portion of Altona. According to Manitoba Hydro's website, approximately 955 customers are without power. Currently the cause is still being determined, and the estimated restoration time is listed as 3 p.m. The power went out just before 11:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
