Today we had Alesha Hildebrand of the Winkler Arts + Culture Centre on the morning show to hear about some upcoming events. 

September 13th at 7 pm you have the chance to meet JD Hawks whose collection 'Shared Horizons' is currently on display at the WA+C. Fitting to have a Metis artist's work at the gallery with the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation coming up at the end of the month.

And, in September, October and November, on the third Wednesday of the month the WA+C will be hosting a newcomer evening. A chance to welcome new residents to the area and learn about what Winkler has to offer.
