Keith Peters and Bob Derksen speak with Chris Sumner raised supporting the ongoing programming and services of Gateway Resources.

The focus of the evening was highlighting Gateway Resources participants in different venues and ways other than the traditional recycling and pallet building, with an emphasis placed on the Employment Placement/Work Experience Program Gateway offers participants.

One of those participants who has benefited from that program is Keith Peters who spoke with Chris about getting a job at Hometown Ford in Winkler several years ago. Prior to working at Hometown, Keith had been at Gateway for about 12 years in the wood room.

Chris asked him how he got the job at Hometown Ford.

Chris also spoke with Hometown Ford Sales Manager Bob Derksen about the partnership between the business and Gateway Resources that led to Keith's employment.

Gateway Resources C.E.O. Kim Nelson also spoke with Chris at the end of the evening, and reflect on its success.
