I had the pleasure of joining in on the Montcalm Heritage Festival in St. Joseph on Saturday, June 9th for a great day of food, family, and fun.

The festival was kicked off with a delicious free pancake breakfast followed by a flea market, family baseball, museum tours, tractor and engine demonstrations, petting zoo, a parade, and so many other exciting activities.

Historical village interpreters shared plenty of stories about Manitoba’s beautiful and unique history.

Ginger snaps were baked in one of the museum houses to share with every visitor, and tours of each building were guided by family members of their century old family houses.

An all around great turn out and another successful Heritage Festival in St. Joseph!
