The South Eastern Manitoba Hockey League season has come and gone and the Carman Beavers celebrated the past year by handing out their player awards for 2016-17.
Aaron Lewadniuk was named MVP and Top Scorer, Rookie of the Year honours went to Laurent Benjamin while Nathan Karlowsky took home Most Improved Player award.
The Coaches Award went to Jason Rose. The Top Defenseman was Darren Bestland and Geoff Maloney received the Sportsmanship award.
