Team Manitoba captured three medals at the 2019 Canada Winter Games Thursday in Red Deer, Alberta.

Winnipeg's Austin Taylor won gold in archery's individual male compound final against Team BC with a final score of 148.

Niverville's Isaiah Klassen & Tyler Champagne of Winnipeg got silver in men's pairs synchronized trampoline.

Jesse Bachinsky of Kenora captured bronze in the Cross Country Skiiing para-Nordic standing 5km race with a time of 17:13.30.

Manitoba athletes have won 22 medals including nine gold, five silver and eight bronze.

Team Toba will not medal in Female Hockey after losing 3-0 to Alberta in the quarterfinals.

In curling - Hayley Bergman has clinched a spot in the semifinals while Graham Loewen will clinch a playoff spot with a win over Saskatchewan this morning in their final preliminary round game.
