Little Morden Service has been named an AGCO 5 Star Dealer for the second year in a row.

Abe Penner is President and General Manager of the family-owned agricultural parts and equipment deal located in the Morden-Winkler corridor. He says this an elite designation, noting there are few very dealers in the AGCO brand that win the award.

"I'm very proud of our staff for putting the effort in to make that happen," said Penner. "They put in a lot of work, did a lot of training and did a lot of things to make sure we could keep that customer experience positive."

In fact, customer experience is one of the categories that dealers are rated on in order to be considered for the award.

Penner explained one of the ways Little Morden Service is fulfilling this is by offering a diverse swath of equipment, ensuring a full line that meets the needs of all customers from farmers to those with rural lifestyles.

In addition, he says staff training plays a big role in ensuring a good customer experience.

Dealer health is another rating category.

"That is largely part and parcel with training as well," said Penner. "Making sure that we have staff that is capable in information as well as product support in every aspect of our business."

The final aspect is the partnership between AGCO and the dealer.
