Morris School and Rhineland Car teamed up this past Saturday to raise money for the school's library.

Every year the school has a program which allows students to visit the bookstore and choose books for the school's library. This year, students partnered with Ford to raise money with the “Drive 4 UR School” fundraiser.

The fundraiser asks community members to visit the school to test drive a Ford vehicle. For each car driven, Ford gives $20 to the cause.

Dianne Dekezel, the school librarian, said their goal was to raise the maximum amount of $6,000, but numbers are still being calculated.

"We totally appreciate anything we can receive, but we might as well shoot for the top," said Dekezel.

Last year they had over 200 test drives, resulting in over $4,000 raised.
