UPDATE: A fully engulfed vehicle fire caused delays on PTH 14 just before PTH 3.

Winkler Fire Department officials say there were no injuries. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Police, RCMP, and firefighters are on scene on the westbound side of highway 14 just before highway 3.

Traffic was backed up on that side of the highway up until the truck stop, so delays are probable.
