A new women's boutique, which opened in Winkler Saturday was a second chance at a dream for a local entrepreneur.

Fashion designer, Dina Harder explains before moving Canada she owned a business before taking a step back. "I pushed pause on my career life for about 16 years to dedicate myself to be a stay at home mom and wife."

With her children now older, Harder felt it was time to begin her career anew, "it was like pushing play again, after a 16-year pause."

She says having the store gives her kids a new opportunity to help out at the new business and learn from her experiences.

She notes the new store, Dilis Boutique, was born out of a desire to bring fashionable clothes to the women of Winkler and the surrounding area.

"Beautiful clothes, that are very unique, mostly Canadian made, that way we're also helping our nation's economy. Excellent quality and affordable, without the need to go elsewhere to do that."

Harder says she has an amazing support team, with her husband, family, and community, being incredibly supportive.

Reception for the store has been phenomenal, Harder says, with women excited about the store and the various fashions that are available.
