The Mennonite Central Committee is working with many organizations across the world.

 

All share a common cause, to provide relief for citizens trapped in the middle east crisis.

 

Allison Peters is the communications co-ordinator for M.C.C. Manitoba.

 

She says they are providing basic needs such as matresses, food, water, and medicine.

 

Peters adds they have a gentlemen in Lebanon Coordinating a portion of the effort.

 

The public can read stories and listen to broadcasts of workers in Lebanon on the M.C.C. website at www.mcc.org.

 

Peters says donations are always needed.
