21 year old Carson Parago calls Altona Manitoba home and he is a competitive power-lifter. Carson competed at the 2024 Manitoba Powerlifting Association Provincial Championship back on February 3rd and broke his own record for the heaviest back squat in his category!

Squat - 290kg/639.16lbs (Provincial Record)
Bench - 155kg/341.62lbs
Deadlift - 272.5kg/600.59lbs
