The Altona Bisons will meet the Elmwood Giants in the Manitoba Junior Baseball League's best of five final which begins Friday at Koskie Field. Jayden Gerbrandt threw a complete game four hitter and struckout seven...Altona blanked the Carillon Sultans 7-nothing Wednesday night at Access Field. Leading 1-0, Jesse Dowswell delivered a bases loaded triple in the bottom of the fourth inning to break the game open. The Bisons took the best of three semifinal two games to one.

Meanwhile, Elmwood bounced Interlake 14-2 in the third and deciding game of their series.
