"Fishing with Grandma" a big hit with Rosenfeld School during I Love to Read visit

CFAM Radio 950 Morning Show Host Chris Sumner made his first I Love to Read Month visit Tuesday morning to Rosenfeld School, spending time with the Grade 2/3 class there. Ryan Hildebrand from Friesens joined the fun, and read the book “Fishing With Grandma” which every student received a copy of afterward.

The book is written by Inuk author Susan Avingaq with Maren Vsetula and illustrated by Charlene Chua. It's published by Inhabit Media.

When the excitement of a receiving a free book died down, Chris chatted with Grade 2 students Michaela and Hope about reading, their favourite books, and with snow yesterday, their favourite things to do in flurries.
