Winkler has had to rejig their plans for Canada Day 2020. Instead of the usual festivities in Bethel Heritage Park, they are asking the community to participate in a house/yard decorating contest! There are prizes to be won for First, Second and Third place and the winners will be announce during the Facebook live stream concert in the evening! We called Wendy Klassen to get all the details.
