Morden police are investigating after a rash of break and enters last week.

On October 9, police were dispatched to a residence on Leslie Drive regarding an attempted break and enter. The homeowner noticed a light was on and the garage door was partially opened. However, police say no entry was gained and nothing was taken. Police are continuing their investigation.

Police were later dispatched to a residence regarding a break and enter in progress on October 12. Officers arrived and observed a broken window and located the suspect hiding inside.

A 29-year-old male is charged with one count of Break and Enter with intent and was released on a Promise to Appear in Morden Provincial Court in November.

Then again on October 14 at 8:30 a.m, police received a report of a break and enter to a residence on Road 14 North. Police spoke to the homeowner who reported that her grey 2015 Mercedes Benz vehicle, Manitoba marker HAX 909, was stolen from her garage.

Police are continuing their investigation.
