Our third Pembina Valley Payday courtesy of Winkler Plumbing & Heating took us to the mean streets of Winkler with a $100 bill.  Jennifer Rios was only a couple of blocks away when she heard the announcement of our location under a picnic shelter at the Winkler Park.  She rolled up first and claimed her $100 Payday!
