The Winkler Heritage Society honored a citizen who has played an integral part in documenting the city's history.


Sally Harms was presented a lifetime society membership.

 

Board Member Grace Schellenberg says Harms has been the editor of the Legacy Links, the society's newsletter which is sent out to all members.

 

Schellenberg says Harms has interviews and photographs of numerous past businessmen.

 

She says it's interesting the links Harms creates between those people and current residents.
