WINKLER - Week 2 was in danger of being rained out as the girls from Winkler and Morden hit the field for Little Big League. The rain stayed away and it turned out to be a great night for baseball! Both teams played their hearts out with Morden squeeking out a close 15 to 12 win in 4 innings! The crowd was great and cheered on the ladies and you could see the joy on their faces as music played them to the plate and they got a chance to hear their names over the P.A. Thanks to McDonald's and the Winkler Dental Clinic for prizes and thanks to everyone who came out to cheer on this special group of girls!
