Carman Dufferin Fire Department responded to a tractor fire Friday afternoon in the R.M. of Dufferin. The call came in around 1:13pm. According to information shared on social media, crews were on scene for roughly an hour to ensure the fire was extinguished. The operator was able to escape without injury. "Harvest presents many different hazards, it’s a good idea to ensure your equipment is outfitted with fire extinguishers," noted the Facebook post.
