An 18 year old female and 17 year old male have been arrested in connection with a bear spray incident Thursday night in the parking lot of the Winkler Centennial Library.

Winkler Police report an altercation ended with several people being sprayed, with all the victims treated and released at the scene.

The male and female will both be charged with four counts of assault with a weapon.
