It was a tough decision but it had to be made.

Murray Rinn has decided he will not run for Mayor of Carman again.

Rinn has spent the past 19 years on council with the last 14 as mayor.

He says he will miss it but will enjoy the free time as well.

Rinn says he will reflect positively on the experience.

He says watching the town grow and develop has been great.
