***Update***

There were no injuries as a result of a two-vehicle collision in downtown Winkler early Thursday morning, according to the Winkler Police Service. 

Police, along with members of the Winkler Fire Department and local EMS, were called to the scene at Mountain Avenue and Main Street around 7 a.m. 

Not many details of the incident are known at this time, however police confirm the investigation is ongoing.

Thursday morning emergency crews were on the scene of what appeared to be a two-vehicle collision at the corner of Mountain Avenue and Main Street in downtown Winkler. Traffic was partially blocked for a period of time as police, fire and ambulance continued to work the scene.
