Provincial crews have implemented a partial closure at the International Border at Gretna.

The route is expected to remain open, however delays are possible.

Meantime, Manitoba's Hydrologic Forecast Centre says a risk of moderate flooding remains for the Pembina River Basin, and the risk of overland flooding persists.

The Pembina River at Neche, North Dakota rose over 9 feet from Sunday to Monday to 21.01 feet. It's capacity is 21.70 feet. As of Tuesday morning at 11:45 a.m., the river had dropped to 20.77 feet, but is projected to rise again in the latter half of the week.
