Late last month, Morden Police arrested a male after witnessing him attempting to open the door to a building a female was trying to keep closed.
    
At 8:55 am that morning, police were dispatched to a local business regarding a fight between a male and female. When they arrived, officers recognized the male, who was on a Condition to have no contact with the female, and not be within 200 meters of her residence. 
    
The male was arrested for Failing to Comply with his release order. He was let go on an appearance notice to attend Morden Provincial Court in May.


Also in March, a 28-year-old Morden resident was arrested after failing to comply with his probation order.
    
On the 26th of last month, Morden Police received a Warrant of Arrest by Probation Services for the man. The male was charged with one count of Failing to Comply with his probation order.

The male was located and arrested two days later on the strength of the warrant by Morden Police. He was also charged with Fail to Comply with an Undertaking for not being home for a curfew check on March 26th. 

He was released on an appearance notice to attend Morden Provincial Court in June.
