The Winkler Flyers have announced that Justin Falk will be taking over the role as General Manager of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League team.

Falk brings a wealth of hockey experience to the team, coming off an 11-year professional hockey career that saw him play 279 National Hockey League games, as well as winning a Calder Cup Championship in the American Hockey League. Prior to that, winning a Memorial Cup with the Spokane Chiefs in the WHL.

After being named Assistant GM and Assistant Coach in March of 2021, Falk has been working hard behind the scenes to ensure the Orange and Black have the best possible team on the ice and has been active in the community to keep the Flyers' brand strong.

Falk is currently working on his high-performance coaching certification and is looking to translate his previous experience into success for this organization.

The Winkler Flyers are excited to have someone with this level of professional experience with a local community focus.
