Premier Brian Pallister has announced his new slate of cabinet of ministers following the September provincial election that saw the Progressive Conservatives form a second consecutive government in Manitoba.

For Morden-Winkler MLA Cameron Friesen there is no change in duties who will continue to look after the Health, Seniors and Active living portfolio.

However, the Premier announced a major move for Midland MLA Blaine Pedersen who made the jump as minister from the now removed department of Growth, Enterprise and Trade to minister of Agriculture and Resource Development. He takes over the job from Ralph Eichler who is now in charge of a new department, Economic Development and Training.
