From children's bikes to 3-wheelers, there was a new array of vehicles parked at the Winkler Co-op on May 10.

The Winkler Community Foundation paid it forward with bike tune-ups and treats through the joined forces of local buisnesses. This was also a great opportunity to talk about Mental Health Week and the benefits that come from exercising and getting outdoors.

Although some passers-by did not have a bike with them, they still stopped to enjoy the conversation, hot coffee, and cookies.

What better way to do some self-care, and take part in Pay It Forward May?
