Around 10:30 a.m. R.C.M.P. responded to a call of a vehicle being driven erratically in the Swan Lake First Nation area.

When it was located, the truck fled the scene, but was later tracked down with the assistance of Treherne and Portage la Prairie R.C.M.P. members.

Four youths between the ages of 15 and 17 from the R.M. of Portage la Prairie were arrested.

Two of the males were remanded in custody, and two were released to appear in court at a later date.

A number of charges are pending, including possession of stolen property.
