A unique convoy of machinery will be winding through south central Manitoba Saturday. It's the third annual Tractor Trek involving a wide variety of antique and vintage models. The trek is a fundraising event in support of the Eden Foundation's Mental Health Recovery Programs.

Organizer Linda Driedger says tomorrow will be a fun filled day from early to late. Participants, and the public, are invited to a breakfast in Reinland to start the day. From there the parade of tractors will move to Rosengart, then to Hasket, and lunch is planned in Osterwick. Owners will take part in a tractor competition before moving on to Schanzenfeld, and the day will wrap up at Hespeler Farms.

Driedger adds their fundraising goal is $40,000, and she looks forward to meeting some of the new people that have registered. She notes the Tractor Trek is a great opportunity to see these machines in use, and invites everyone to come take pictures, visit with the owners, and find out more about the Eden Foundation .
