A 27 year old male was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries as a result of a two vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon.

RCMP report the incident occurred around 1:10 p.m. on Highway 3 at the intersection of Road 33 North, one mile south of Carman.

A westbound pickup truck on Road 33N, being driven by the 27-year-old, crossed Highway 3 and was struck by a northbound SUV, driven by a 31-year-old male.

The 27 year old is reported to be in stable condition, while the driver and two occupants of the SUV were not injured.

The investigation continues.
