On October 18 at 7:00 p.m, officers were dispatched to a business after a call regarding a theft. Police spoke to the manager who advised that an employee stole $950 worth of gift cards. Police are continuing their investigation.

Morden Police Service also received a report of a garage being entered on Road 30 West sometime during the night between October 13 and 14. Police say the suspects attempted to gain entry to the vehicles in the garage but were unsuccessful. Nothing was damaged or taken during the incident.

Earlier this month, on October 16, police were dispatched to a residence regarding a possible break and enter. Police arrived on scene and located the suspect though determined no break and enter had been committed on this date. However, the suspect was arrested for breaking into the same location on October 5.

A 44-year-old female was charged with break and enter and failing to comply with conditions and released on a Promise to Appear in Morden Provincial Court in November.
